CONVENINGS AND CONSENSUS

During the first phase of the initiative, leadership convenings brought together classical music program presenters, artists, performers, grantmakers, and experts in new media to discuss

  • the current state of classical music as an art form
  • the public service opportunities created by new technologies
  • new program ideas and strategies for public media.

The conversation that was launched with these leadership convenings has energized and informed our efforts in building the next phase of the Initiative.
